I’m Gina, the creator and founder of The Know Mama - the online pregnancy and postpartum platform I wish I had during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I created this platform during my own maternity leave. A chapter in my life which was the most beautiful, life-altering, raw time. A passion that I knew there was support available but not in an easy, relatable way, I needed a place where all the information was in one place and to feel a sense of focus and online community.

At Know Mama, our mission is to empower mothers through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum with honest, accessible, and expert-led support. This is a space where mums can find trusted local resources, evidence-based wellness advice, and real, relatable stories that remind them they’re not alone. Know Mama exists to bridge the gap between professional guidance and everyday motherhood.
