I'm passionate about creating sessions that are accessible for every-body and encouraging my community to take time for themselves to reset & relax. Classes are designed to energise, nourish & replenish. I also offer corporate wellbeing classes and packages to businesses and corporations. Classes aimed at supporting you in the postpartum period

Yoga for Mums - Bring Baby:

This gentle postnatal yoga class is designed especially for mums — to rebuild strength, ease aches and pains, and reconnect with your body after birth.

Each session includes mindful movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Babies are warmly welcome in this relaxed and nurturing space. You’re completely free to dip in and out of the session to feed, cuddle, or attend to your baby’s needs — no pressure, no expectations.

Classes are suitable from around 6 weeks post-birth (after a straightforward delivery) or 12 weeks (after a c-section or medical intervention), up to around 1 year (or whenever the class still works for you and your little one).

Tired Mama’s Club: Yoga, Rest + Connection for You and Baby:

Motherhood can be beautiful… but it can also be a lot. Tired Mama’s Club is a monthly sanctuary for you — a chance to rest, reset, and be looked after while also enjoying mindful connection with your baby.

This is a super-relaxed space (I’m a mum too, so I get it!) where anything goes. Feeding, crying, cuddling, walking around — it’s all welcome. There’s no pressure here, just a warm community of mums who understand.

Think of this as your monthly moment to exhale, recoup your energy, and fill your own cup, so you can step back into motherhood feeling lighter and supported.

Nicci also runs pregnancy yoga, pregnancy workshops and events and retreats in the Nottingham area.
